Microgreens Shipping And Delivery Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 10-20 days to process your first order of microgreens. Every order after your first order will be shipped, or delivered to you on a regular basis based on the subscription frequency you choose. Expect an email within 10-20 days to let you know your order of microgreens are on the way!

Please allow 1-7 days to process your merchandise orders. Expect an email within 1-7 days to let you know your order of merchandise is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Broward County, Florida. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders of microgreens are delivered on the same day that they are harvested but no later then the next day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship our microgreens within the state of Florida, and Georgia.

Please keep in mind that in order for your microgreens to arrive fresh, they have to be shipped using “Next Day”, or a “2 Day” shipping options.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thrive@lovingmygreens.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Merchandise Shipping Policy 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us at thrive@lovingmygreens.com.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Returns/Exchanges - Please contact us at thrive@lovingmygreens.com before returning any products. 

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. 

We currently are not offering size exchanges. A size chart is provided on every product page. If you ordered the wrong size of a product, or regretting a purchase, you must contact our Customer Service and express your will to return the item within 3 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
