Faster-growing microgreens can often be ready for harvest within this general timeframe.
However, not all microgreens grow at the same speed.
Some specialty crops require approximately:
- 15 days
- 17 days
- 25 days
- Up to 30 days
Longer-growing varieties may include:
- Parsley
- Cilantro
- Lemon Balm

Because of these natural differences, your first delivery or shipment date will depend on the varieties included in your order.
We allow each crop the time it needs to reach the appropriate harvest stage rather than rushing the growing process to meet a standardized timeline.
