  • Seek therapy when needed

  • Meditate daily

  • The proper food can be a doorway to spiritual growth

  • Practice your faith, if religious

05 — Socially

  • Connect in-person with others

  • Get together with friends & family around delicious, healthy meals

  • Get involved with your local community

  • Set boundaries with people in your life

  • Community gardens are not a bad idea ;-)
